Last evening, I conducted an online session on "Introduction to Sound Healing" and was thrilled to have 35 wonderful participants. It was great to see people join from Bengaluru, Pune, and Chennai!

What did we cover

The participants eagerly learned about the deeper aspects of being human—how we are much more than just our physical bodies. We explored the five bodies, energy centers (chakras), and our bioelectric nature, with energy flowing through 72 lakh meridians (nadis). We discussed how our bodies, being 75% water, are excellent conductors of sound, along with the history and science of sound healing.

Everyone enjoyed a simple demo that showed the presence of energy between our palms, followed by a 15-minute sound healing session. I also showcased the sound instruments used for healing, and we wrapped up with a Q&A session with insightful questions! 

I felt it was important to raise awareness about this simple yet powerful healing modality—one that should reach everyone who needs it! :) 


My take on why I consider sound healing, one of the best

I like to call Sound Healing the ‘Easy, Lazy Meditation’ 😊 because, let’s be honest, it’s not about having no time. 

After a long day, it’s more about not having the energy left to recharge ourselves. 

Sound healing makes it effortless!
